Hi.
I've been a member for years, and to be honest, at first I was putting loads on etc but haven't lately. To be honest, I've not been on for a while.
However looking through this site at the freebies etc, it's completly different to what this used to be like.
I used to bond friendships etc with people on here, and even help people out, or suggest things (I even asked you years ago to put on the Baby and Toddler thread on - which you did). (I've been on here as Rachel Murray, but had to re-do my account as I forgot my password etc)
But now, all I see is people putting on new links etc, being helpful, and no one is replying back saying thanks etc.
Some are though, don't get me wrong. But you've got LOADS of people viewing the freebies.

Is it possible to make this site members only? I know you'd still get some people registering etc and not contributing.
And how about a rule where you have to post at least 10 times before they have access to use their signature?

Just a thought lol.

Lots of the old crew have drifted away over time. Many of those who used to come here for a general chat are now doing that on Facebook. It would be good if some of them popped by and said hello now and again.

I've got a feeling if we made it members only fewer people would bother joining in. Certainly if the site was private we wouldn't get any new visitors from the search engines.
